“Marko’s competitiveness is off the charts. Every time he steps on the court, he is making the attempt to become great. His passion is felt by all around him and in his first season here, he brought a lot of positive attention to himself and the team across the country. With the internal fire that he has, we believe as a staff that he is going to reach his goals and be one of the anchors of our group.”

2024-25 (Sophomore)

In his second season at Clemson, Mesarovic recorded 22 singles victories…tabbed eight doubles wins with a variety of doubles partners…playing a mix of court four and five Mesarovic remained consistent during the fall and spring season…he helped the Tigers advance to the quarterfinals of the ACC Championships and helped Clemson advance to the second round of the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2013.

2023-24 (Freshman)

Mesarovic impressed in his first season for the Tigers…playing a mix of court three and four, Mesarovic was responsible for crucial singles wins to help Clemson secure the overall victory over multiple opponents…in his first season he collected 18 singles victories…the freshman also impressed in doubles as he was partnered with fellow freshman Stewart Aronson during the regular season as the freshman duo earned two ACC Doubles Team of the Week honors…in the postseason, he was partnered with Matt Pitts as they earned three wins.

• Singles Record: 22-15
• Doubles Record: 8-4

Freshman Season Records (2023-2024)

• Singles Record: 18-16
• Doubles Record: 21-16

Before Clemson

• Entering his first season with the Tigers, Mesarovic comes in as Blue Chip Recruit with an ATP ranking of 1754.
•  Listed in the Top 150 for the ITF Junior Ranking
• Three State Championship titles in Texas Interscholastic League (UIL) in Team Tennis and doubles.

Personal 

Mesarovic is currently majoring in Psychology with a minor in Athletic Leadership, and his fun fact is that he has been skiing since the age of three.
